Letné Shakespearovské slávnosti

INFORMATION

ARRIVE ON TIME FOR THE SHOWS, the courtyard opens at 8:00 PM and we remind you that after the start of the performance at exactly 8:30 PM, entry to the courtyard is NOT POSSIBLE!
Re-entry to the Courtyard is only possible during the intermission. Not being admitted to the performance due to lateness does not entitle the viewer to a refund or complaint!

Please note that the performances are exclusively for adult audiences. It is not possible or appropriate to take children under 10 years to the performances and they will not be allowed entry due to safety, sound and light effects and the difficulty of the productions and possible inappropriate expressions. We cordially invite children to the SHAKESPEARE WITH CHILDREN project.

SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE COURTYARD AREAS! ENTRY TO THE SHOW WITH DOGS, BICYCLES, STROLLERS AND SCOOTER IS NOT ALLOWED!

TICKETS do not need to be printed, you can also show them on your mobile.
Ticket holders with GLASSES OF CELEBRATED WINE, along with their tickets, will also bring gift vouchers and exchange them for a token for the buffet at the Shakespeare stand in the courtyard.

ENTRANCE TO THE SHOW we recommend through the Vienna Gate (opposite the parliament), in case of parking in the HRAD garage, directly from the garage next to the castle to the main gate into the courtyard behind the Svätopluk Statue.
After the show, exit is possible only through the Vienna Gate or through the garage in case of parking, other gates from the castle area may be closed, they are under the management of the NRSR security, it is not in our power to allow them to be opened.

In addition to the artistic experience, our festival also thinks about nature.
Drinks in our buffet are served only in reserved themed glasses.
Payment in the buffet and at the Shakespeare stand is only possible in cash.

PARKING for spectators is possible, but not GUARANTEED in the HRAD garage (on the left side of the road along the Palisades to the castle, it is directly connected to the castle wall - not in the IPP garage), if the capacity of the parking house allows it and you arrive well in advance.

Parking up to 4 hours for LSS spectators is 1.50 Euro per hour. After this time limit, the standard garage price list applies!

Procedure - after the performance, when leaving the garage, before paying, it is necessary to ask the attendant at the ramp for a spectator discount after showing your LSS tickets. Then first pay your parking fee in the parking machines in the garage and then move your car to the ramp so that you do not block the exit of spectators who have already paid for their parking fee.

Doporučujeme teplé oblečenie, vetrovky , zavreté topánky, deky a prišiplášte. Po horúcich letných dňoch môžu prísť chladné letné večery a práve vtedy správny výber oblečenia a obutia oceníte :)

Počas predstavenia nie je možné používať dáždniky, pretože obmedzujú viditeľnosť na javisko.

LEN v prípade chladného počasia, pokiaľ nehrozia zrážky, sú deky na zapožičanie len k vstupenkám zakúpeným do I. - V. RADY. Pokiaľ nie sú vypredané, je možné deky zakúpiť v stánku s merchandisingom.

Počasie sa v lete často mení a aj v rámci Bratislavy vie byť v každej mestskej časti počasie iné. PRETO PREDSTAVENIA NIKDY NERUŠÍME VOPRED. Rozhodnutie o zrušení predstavenia, či posunutí začiatku predstavenia, riešime vždy až priamo na hrade v čase predstavenia, podľa reálnej situácie.

Pravidlá usporiadateľa v prípade nepriaznivého počasia

• predstavenie sa neruší vopred ani v prípade nepriaznivej predpovede počasia
• o zrušení predstavenia sa rozhoduje až v čase plánovaného začiatku predstavenia o 20:30
• v prípade, že v čase začiatku predstavenia prší, usporiadateľ si vyhradzuje právo začiatok predstavenia posunúť
• predstavenie môže začať a aj prebiehať za nepriaznivého počasia (napr. v daždi)
• predstavenie môže byť prerušené (aj opakovane) a potom opäť pokračovať
• v prípade dažďa nevydávame sedáky na stoličky a nezapožičiavame deky ani do I. - V. rady
• počas predstavenia nie je možné používať dáždniky, pretože obmedzujú viditeľnosť na javisko.

Zrušenie predstavenia

• ak je predstavenie zrušené do 60 minút po jeho začiatku, vzniká nárok na vrátenie vstupného
• vrátenie vstupného je možné najskôr druhý pracovný deň po dni, kedy bolo predstavenie zrušené a to výhradne v mieste, kde bola vstupenka zakúpená. Klienti, ktorí si vstupenky zakúpili prostredníctvom Darčekovej poukážky Letné shakespearovské slávnosti 2025, ich môžu vrátiť výhradne e-mailom, zaslaním žiadosti na: reklamacie@ticketportal.sk (Pošlite sken vstupeniek daného predstavenia, sken vstupeniek poukážky a číslo účtu v tvare IBAN.)
• ak je predstavenie zrušené po viac ako 60 odohraných minútach nárok na vrátenie vstupného nevzniká

Organizers rules in case of bad weather

• The performance is not canceled in advance even in case of bad weather forecast

The cancellation of the performance is decided only at the scheduled start time of the performance at 20:30

• In case it rains at the start time of the performance, the organizer reserves the right to postpone the start of the performance

• The performance may start and also take place in bad weather (e.g. in the rain)

• The performance may be interrupted (even repeatedly) and then continue again

• The organizer reserves the right not to provide seat cushions and blankets in case of rain

• Umbrellas cannot be used during the performance, as they limit visibility to the stage.

Show cancellation

• If a show is cancelled within 60 minutes of its start, you are entitled to a refund
• A refund is possible no earlier than the second working day after the day the show was cancelled, and only at the place where the ticket was purchased
• If a show is cancelled after more than 60 minutes, you are not entitled to a refund
